Educate

Education and training are important aspects for the consumer-employer. Learning how to recruit, interview, train, manage and supervise employees are major responsibilities of the consumer-employer. FMS Coordinators are available to provide education, training and support that will enable consumer-employers to independently be the best supervisors and managers as possible.

The FMS Coordinators will utilize a library of educational materials, audio and video training tapes and train-the-trainer programs to assist the consumer-employer with learning what they need to become a knowledgeable and competent consumer-employer.
